Job Description:As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across various functions and levels. You'll work closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to understand talent requirements and develop compelling job postings that showcase our company culture and values.
Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business needsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop job descriptionsCreate compelling job postings that showcase our company culture and values Build and maintain relationships with top talent, including networking, interviewing, and negotiating offersUtilize data analytics to measure recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisionsDevelop and manage budgets for recruitment-related expenses Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment
Requirements:8+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successExperience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlinesStrong understanding of recruitment strategies, including social media and employee referrals Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsExperience with recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS)
