Job Title: Front Office Associate
Job Summary:
The Front Office Associate is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service. This position involves greeting guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and responding to inquiries to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations via phone, email, or booking systems.
- Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Address guest complaints, requests, or issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest requests and room status updates.
- Maintain guest records and ensure data privacy and security.
- Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in front office or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computers and front desk software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹14,000.00 per month
