Project Manager IV

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager IV to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provides overall strategic management, defines the program scope and objectives, manages project’s scope, schedule, budget, and risk
· Develops project management plans, project documentation, work breakdown structures, project schedules, integrated master schedules, financial reports, and risk management documentation
· Directs technical teams and facilitates the integration of subtasks to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors
· Serves as focal point to the Government Project Manager for managing all tasks and subtasks and as Principal Representative for project direction and providing project status updates, including financial status
· Provides information to the Government regarding significant issues, provides recommended solutions in a transparent manner, and takes corrective action to issues brought by the Government Project Manager or COR
Requirements
Required Experience/Skills:
· Minimum of 10 years of IT delivery experience, 5-7 years in a project management role
· 5-7 years’ experience managing projects in both waterfall and agile software development methodologies
· One or more required:
o GSLC: GIAC Security Leadership Certification
o GCPM: GIAC Certified Project Manager Certification
o PMP Project Management Professional
Other Requirements:
· Candidates must either be US Citizens or Permanent Residents
· Candidates must have resided in the United States for the past 5 years
· Candidates must not have traveled outside of the United States for a combined total of 6 months or greater in the past 5 years
· This position requires successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and a credit check.
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree required; Science, Business or related disciplines preferred (Master's Preferred)
Benefits
Benefits: Full-time employees (permanent or contract employees who are employed for a term greater than 6 months) are eligible for benefits including time-off benefits, such as vacations and holidays, and insurance and other plan benefits.
Location: Washington, DC - Remote support allowed, candidates must be local to the Washington DC area.
