Job Description:
Lead CSR Fundraising for Inspire Institute of Sport (IIS), with responsibilities including:
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of CSR leads for IIS programs.
Proactively engage new corporate funders by creating customized proposals, making pitches, and securing partnerships.
Collaborate closely with program teams, the finance department, and the technical director to develop tailored proposals aligned with partnership opportunities.
Ensure annual CSR fundraising targets are successfully achieved.
Manage CSR Donor Relations:
Implement a structured reporting framework for CSR donors, including audit reports, newsletters (developed by the media team), video reports, and regular updates.
Leverage donor media assets to increase awareness of IIS and the Olympic movement.
Act as the single point of contact for all donors and coordinate timely payments with the finance team.
Skills Required:
Proven track record in CSR fundraising.
Passion for sports, particularly Olympic sports.
Strong understanding of CSR program design, financial planning, and impact measurement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Experience:
6-10 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years of experience in CSR fundraising and partnerships.
