Job Description:

- Lead CSR Fundraising for Inspire Institute of Sport (IIS), with responsibilities including:- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of CSR leads for IIS programs.- Proactively engage new corporate funders by creating customized proposals, making pitches, and securing partnerships.- Collaborate closely with program teams, the finance department, and the technical director to develop tailored proposals aligned with partnership opportunities.- Ensure annual CSR fundraising targets are successfully achieved.- Manage CSR Donor Relations:- Implement a structured reporting framework for CSR donors, including audit reports, newsletters (developed by the media team), video reports, and regular updates.- Leverage donor media assets to increase awareness of IIS and the Olympic movement.- Act as the single point of contact for all donors and coordinate timely payments with the finance team.

Skills Required:

- Proven track record in CSR fundraising.- Passion for sports, particularly Olympic sports.- Strong understanding of CSR program design, financial planning, and impact measurement.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Experience:

- 6-10 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years of experience in CSR fundraising and partnerships.
