Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Corporate Communications Executive. The Corporate Communications Executive will be responsible for creating and managing press releases, handling corporate communications strategies, and maintaining media relations. Additional responsibilities include overseeing strategic communications to enhance the company's public image and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Support in drafting and reviewing press releases, media kits, and company announcements.
  • Coordinate with media outlets, journalists, and PR agencies to manage coverage and interviews, podcasts, industry story participation, authored articles and more.
  • Support in influencer planning and management
  • Track media coverage and prepare performance reports
  • Support the creation and management of content across LinkedIn at a company level and individual level
  • Assist in monitoring social media trends and public sentiment.
  • Identify relevant event opportunities including panel discussions, award nominations, sponsorship, keynote speakership opportunities along with the PR agency
  • Curate award nomination forms
  • Handle payments for vendors in close coordination with the marketing team
  • Support in planning and execution of PR events

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
  • 0-2 years of experience in a PR agency / Corporate Communications role
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
