Store Executive

Responsibilities:

• Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.
• Checking Material Inward and Outward
• Making entries of material inward and outward
• Daily material consumption entries
• Prepare and update stock sheet
• Periodical stock checking
• Issue material to production dept. as per material request note received.
• Maintain minimum stock level.
• Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
• Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
• Provide schedule, report, daily monitoring of dispatch by providing MIS report to the management.
• Coordinate with vendor for dispatch related activities.
• To plan & execute the dispatch of orders in a timely & organized manner. To follow up with the production for the same if required.
• Awareness of ISO Documentation.

Requirements:

• Must be organized and punctual.
• Must have experience in Sheet Metal Industry.
• Must have knowledge of ISO Documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Tally ERP 9.
• Graduations is mandatory.
• 3-5 years of experience in store keeping, inventory control, or record keeping.
• Required male candidate only.
