We are looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join a reputed pharma group in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This is a critical leadership position responsible for managing a large workforce across manufacturing, sales, and corporate functions. You will be part of the leadership think tank and expected to bring strong strategic and executional capabilities in HR transformation.

Role Highlights:

Lead the entire HR function across multiple locations (Sales + Manufacturing + Corporate)
Build talent strategy aligned with business growth

Drive change management, digitization, and culture transformation
Strong focus on Commercial HR, Workforce Planning, and Performance Management
Report directly to the MD CEO

Eligibility Criteria:

MBA in HR from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 full-time institute (mandatory)
18-25 years of HR experience with at least 5+ years in Pharma industry
Exposure to Sales HR and Corporate HR is a must
Should have managed large HR teams across diverse functions and regions
Strong business orientation and track record of driving transformation
Preference to early joiners
