Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

1. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop accurate and detailed annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.- Analyze historical financial performance and market trends to provide valuable insights for budgeting processes.
1. Financial Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis on sales performance, pricing strategies, and profitability.- Generate actionable reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making processes for the Sales leadership team.
1. Variance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers of variance.- Provide explanations for variances and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are met.
1. Sales Reporting:
- Develop and maintain regular sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and metrics.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting accuracy and relevance.
1. Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with the Sales team to contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.- Provide financial insights to support decision-making on pricing, product launches, and market expansion.
1. Forecasting Accuracy:
- Continuously refine forecasting models to improve accuracy and effectiveness.- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to enhance forecasting precision.
Qualifications:
- Qualified CA- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or sales environment.- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other financial software tools.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
