We are currently hiring for a **Financial Planning & Analysis Expert** so you will provide overall financial support and work closely with the business unit head to help formulate and refine the strategy and financial projections for the business.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
- Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
- Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets

**Requirements and Skills**:

- 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills.
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics
- Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft

**Qualification**:

- Charted Accountant OR Master’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance

**Location** : Lower Parel, Mumbai

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:
