About the Role The candidate will be responsible for handling SAP Implementation in the C4 C Marketing Area, focusing on designing, developing, and deploying solutions in SAP C4 C Marketing Cloud. Responsibilities Minimum 8 years of total IT experience and must have handled at least 1 SAP Implementation in C4 C Marketing Area. Overall experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions in SAP C4 C Marketing Cloud. 5+ years of Application support / enhancement / implementation or hands-on experience in SAP C4 C Marketing. Understand integration of C4 C marketing with other SAP Cloud solutions like SAP C4 C. Perform detailed analysis and checks to gain a good understanding of the process; carry out debugging as necessary. Good understanding of the process of Lead, Campaigns, and Mails. Knowledge of Communication arrangement and communication scenario. Carry out deliveries in C4 C V2. Must have excellent Functional skills to take up this task using Marketing processes. Perform testing first internally and then support users for testing. Deployment in line with client set processes. Preference to candidates with experience in Telecom or Banking / Financial Services industries. Experience in writing documentation regarding Functional Specification, Technical Specification, BPML, User Training Manuals. Very good communication skills to interact with Business teams to gather business requirements. Experience working in an onsite/offshore model. Good team player; establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Experience in an Agile environment will be preferred. Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of total IT experience and must have handled at least 1 SAP Implementation in C4 C Marketing Area. Required Skills 5+ years of Application support / enhancement / implementation or hands-on experience in SAP C4 C Marketing. Excellent Functional skills in Marketing processes. Good communication skills to interact with Business teams. Experience in writing documentation. Good-to-Have SAP C4 C Certification or Certification in CRM, Knowledge of JIRA, Git Hub Preferred Skills Experience in Telecom or Banking / Financial Services industries. Experience in an Agile environment. Pay range and compensation package Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
