Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Customer Relationship Management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP CRM functional configurations , integration with SAP ECC/S4 HANA , and a clear understanding of business processes related to Sales, Service, and Marketing . You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within SAP CRM. Configure and customize SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Web UI, Middleware, etc.). Manage CRM master data , partner functions, organizational management, and transaction types. Integrate SAP CRM with ECC / S/4 HANA and other systems (e.g., SAP BW, SAP PI/PO, SAP C4 C). Support the design and development of custom enhancements, user exits, and BAd Is. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in go-live support. Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and provide production support. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including ABAP developers, BASIS, and business users. Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and conduct end-user training. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant . Strong experience in CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules. Experience in CRM Web UI configuration and Middleware (BDoc, Data Exchange, Replication Models) . Understanding of SAP ECC SD / MM integration . Exposure to SAP CRM on HANA or SAP S/4 HANA Customer Management is an advantage. Good knowledge of Business Partner management , Action Profiles , and Partner Determination . Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills. Nice to Have: Experience with SAP C4 C (Cloud for Customer) or SAP Sales & Service Cloud . Knowledge of Fiori apps and SAP BTP integration . SAP CRM certification is a plus.
