Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at our Noida location. As a Business Development Executive, your day-to-day tasks will include new business development, business communication, and account management. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth for the company.
Client Relationships : Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
Product Presentations : Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase value and address client questions.
Negotiations : Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
Sales Conversion : Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
Client Support : Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Market Analysis : Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
Sales Goals : Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
Reporting : Maintain sales records and provide quarterly sales reports.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.

Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating terms, contracts, and agreements with clients.
Relationship Building : Builds and maintains relationships with clients, understands their needs, and addresses concerns effectively.
Problem Solving: Identifies challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develops creative solutions to overcome them.
Resilience: Handles rejection well while maintaining motivation and focusing on achieving sales targets.
Adaptability : Flexibility to adjust sales strategies and approaches based on client feedback, market trends, and changing business environments.
Organization Skills : Effective prioritization and organization of tasks to maximize productivity and meet sales targets within deadlines.
Product Knowledge : Thorough understanding of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Technical Proficiency : Comfortable using sales and CRM software tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
Preferred QualificationsEducation : Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in advertising, sales, or business administration preferred.
Immediate Joining : Candidates with immediate joining are preferred.
Experience : Candidates from startup backgrounds or with minimum of 6 months exp in Tech Sales will be a plus.
