We are currently hiring for ServiceNow Developer(ITOM) which is in Pune Location.

It is Contract-to-hire but a long-term Project.

Here is the Job Description for the Requirement,

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Pune

Payroll: Globex Digital

Role & responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of IT Asset Management processes within the ServiceNow platform.- Configure ServiceNow ITAM modules to meet the organization's requirements.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define ITAM policies and procedures.- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow ITAM and other systems (e.g., CMDB, procurement systems).- Provide guidance and support to IT and business teams on ITAM best practices and procedures.- Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT assets to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.- Monitor and report on key ITAM metrics and KPIs.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ITAM function.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT Asset Management and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- years of experience in IT Asset Management, with a focus on ServiceNow platform.- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Asset Management certification preferred.- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITAM modules and related technologies.- Strong understanding of ITAM processes, including asset lifecycle management, software license management, and procurement.- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.-
