Job Summary:
The HR Administrator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The concerned person will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
KRA'S:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Partner with leadership to identify workforce planning needs and ensure effective talent management.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
- Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and compensation structures.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive salary and benefits offerings.
- Address employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and other HR policies.
- Ensure the organization complies with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports on HR activities and metrics.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HR Admin Role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
