  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Assisting in recruitment processes (sourcing, scheduling, and coordination).
  • Managing and monitoring employee attendance and leave records.
  • Support training and development programs by coordinating sessions, maintaining records, and assisting trainers.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and reporting of administrative and HR-related activities.
  • Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders for administrative support.
  • Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and office events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Masters
  • Prior experience in administration or HR support preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
