about the role

Client Engagement:

Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored managed services solutions that meet their needs.Solution Design:

Architect end-to-end managed services solutions, including infrastructure, applications, security, and support services, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.Proposal Development:

Develop comprehensive proposals and statements of work (SOWs) outlining the scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs of managed services projects.Technical Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to Sales , Solutions & project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of managed services solutions.Vendor Management:

Evaluate and select right third-party vendors and subcontractors to complement our managed services offerings, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships along with Orange sourcing team.Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with managed services projects, ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of solutions.Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our managed services solutions.Continuous Improvement:

Monitor industry trends and technological advancements in managed services, identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement, and incorporate these into our offerings.

about you

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Certifications :

Relevant certifications , for , CISM , ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA, CCDA,CCNP etc preferred.Other requirements :Proven experience (17+ years) in a similar role, with a focus on designing and architecting managed services solutions.Deep understanding of ICT technologies, including cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and IT service management (ITSM).Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
