The client is in the Hospital/Healthcare sector and is looking to hire a Guest Relations Executive for their setup at Bellandur, Bangalore.

JOB SUMMARY:

Client is looking for a Guest Relations Executive to manage their front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. To be successful as a receptionist, the candidate should have a pleasant personality as this is also a customer service role. Candidate should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operation multitasking and stress management skills are essential for the position. The role may require working in shifts so flexibility is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITY:

● Greet and welcome guest as soon as they arrive at the office● Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office● Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls● Ensured reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationary and material● Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.● Receive, sort and distribute Daily Mail/deliveries.● Maintain office security by following safety procedure and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook is issue visitor badges)● Order front office supplies and keep Inventory of stock.● Update calendars and schedule meetings & keep updated records of office expenses and costs● Schedule appointments for patients

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:

● Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office.● Proficiency in Microsoft-office, excel & word.● Hands on experience with equipment.● Professional attitude and appearances.● Solid-written and verbal communication● Ability to be resourceful and proactive.● Excellent organization skill.● Customer service skill.● Qualification for medical receptionist● Any Bachelor’s degree + 3yrs experience (Min 1yr experience in health industry)● Friendly and compassionate skills.● Strong organization skills.● Strong verbal and written communication skills.● Excellent organization and time management skills.● Ability to work in a team as well as an individual.● Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
