This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stake holders to develop and execute Sustainable solutions including reducing carbon footprint of Cement Plants.This role is also responsible for business development activities like conducting technical seminars, symposium and present technical papers in different platforms representing the organization.

You will be part of the Service Execution Team leading a team of Process specialists who will be conducting Cement plant audits to identify the plant potential for improvement and working closely with Process and Engineering teams to develop short term and long-term solutions to improve performance, productivity and sustainability of Cement Plants.

Your responsibilities

Leading a team of Process Engineers, plan and execute audit, optimization, and sustainability Services across IndiaMaintaining team’s utilization & absorption numbers.Delivering results- order intake and revenue target for the team.End to end process for audit services - Prepare proposals, correspondence with customer, price negotiations, order finalization, execution, invoicing, and collections.Business development of Audit services - Develop and implement new initiatives to improve service business.Delivering process training to customers on cement plant operations in coordination with Training Institute.Prepares/Approve plant audit reports / energy report.Analyzing cement customer’s carbon footprint and recommend for reducing carbon footprint.Helping customers to prioritize and quantify impact of decarbonization levers in line with their KPI& strategy.Producing detailed transition roadmaps to implement decarbonization levers through AFR enhancement, SCM & energy efficiency.Generate business leads for spare parts, upgrade & retrofit business.80-100 days of Business travel expected in this role.

What you bring

Bachelor / Master Degree in Chemical Engineering15-20 Years of working experiance in Cement OEM or Cement PlantsKnowledge of process design and plant operationKnowledge of FLSmidth cement plant machinery and processesEngineering OperationsProcess Design Engineering/Commissioning.Leading, Supervising and People ManagementGood planning and organizing skills for prioritizing concurrent tasks.Delivering Results and meeting customer Expectations
