Exciting Opportunity for MSD 365 CRM Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant

Are you a passionate professional with expertise in MSD 365 CRM Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant? Do you have a proven track record of leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service? As a Dynamics 365 candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and designing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).

What We're Looking For : We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and designing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service). This role involves client interaction, solution configuration, documentation, and support.

Job Description :

· Gather, understand, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 CE.

· Lead or contribute to the design and implementation of D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).

· Configure the Dynamics 365 platform: entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, etc.

· Conduct fit-gap analysis and assist in solution design workshops with stakeholders.

· Prepare functional documentation including BRD, FDD, test cases, user stories, and training materials.

· Perform system testing, support UAT, and lead end-user training sessions.

· Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

· Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.

· Stay updated on the latest Microsoft features, updates, and best practices in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

· 5+ Years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE.

· Strong functional knowledge of one or more modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service.

· Experience with CRM customization, configuration, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate.

· Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to document requirements and solutions in a clear and concise manner.

· Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-210, MB-230, or equivalent) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

· Experience with data migration and integration tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, or Azure Logic Apps.

· Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Portals / Power Pages.

· Understanding of Common Data Service (Dataverse).
