Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - MSD 365 CRM Technical

We are looking for a skilled D365 Dual Write Consultant to join our team. This role involves integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications with Finance and Operations apps using the Dual Write feature. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in D365 Dual Write and a proven track record of successful implementations.

Responsibilities

. Integration Design and Implementation: Develop and implement Dual Write solutions to ensure seamless data integration between Dynamics 365 applications and Finance and Operations apps.

. Data Synchronization: Manage and optimize data synchronization processes to maintain data consistency across systems.

. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their integration needs, provide expert advice, and deliver customized solutions that meet their objectives.

. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of Dual Write capabilities.

. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize disruptions to business operations.

. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Dual Write features and industry trends to continuously enhance service offerings.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

. Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dual Write feature.

. Strong understanding of data integration and synchronization processes.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.

. Proficient on the latest OOB features available in Dynamics CRM
