Type: Part-time, Remote, Hourly (Competitive pay increase after transition from part time to full time position, based on current CTC and industry standards)

Please Note: We are looking for Male candidates only for this role due to the client's specific requirements.

Availability Required: Six days a week – For Part-Time Position, 2 to 3+ working hours per day; may be required to be available for online meetings for minimum 1 hour between 8:30PM to 10 PM IST and 1 hour between 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST, especially on Saturdays and Sundays (flexible timings).
Office Timings: Between 7:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST (Full Time) – Flexible Timings.

In the initial stages, you will work with one client at a time, with the potential to expand to supporting office employees in the future.

  • Mindset: Driven to succeed, but challenged by ADHD, anxiety, and insomnia.
  • Goals: Pursuing high performance in their business and preparing for academic pursuits, including studying at Ivy League law schools.
  • Background: Involves high-paced, social environments and a commitment to personal refinement.
  • History: Includes overcoming substance use; a focus on lifestyle discipline and performance optimization is a priority.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored strategies that address ADHD, anxiety, and insomnia to enhance their productivity and goal achievement.
  • Continuously assess and refine clients' routines for peak efficiency and productivity, with a focus on achieving measurable improvements.
  • Provide actionable feedback on habit formation, time management, and lifestyle enhancements.
  • Act as an accountability partner, helping clients stay focused on their goals, including their academic ambitions.
  • Assist clients in maintaining a balanced life, improving focus, and sustaining energy in high-stress environments.

Key Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • PhD Scholar in Psychology, Ph.D. Psychology, Masters in Psychology with experience in Counselling, Coaching, and improving mental health.
  • Work Experience required: Minimum of 5 to 9 years.
  • Work Permit: Authorized to work in India
  • Relevant certifications in mental health coaching, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), or other related areas.
  • Proven experience working as a mental health coach, counsellor, or similar role.
  • Must be good in Understanding and Speaking English.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proven experience as a performance or habits coach, particularly with high-performing individuals.
  • Strong understanding of managing ADHD, anxiety, and insomnia.
  • Experience with high-pressure, demanding environments.
  • Exceptional communication and motivational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching or counselling related to substance use or similar challenges.
  • Flexibility to work during non-traditional hours (night shifts to match the client's schedule).
  • Background in medicine or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively in a team environment.

Please Note: We prefer male candidates for this role due to the client's specific requirements. The role involves regular, on-demand interactions with the client at non-standard hours, and may include frequent check-ins every half hour. The client may need urgent support outside regular business hours, so candidates with a high degree of flexibility and availability during these times are preferred.

Working Hours & Availability:

  • Weekdays: Minimum 1 to 2 hours daily (Monday to Friday)
  • Weekends: Up to 4 hours across Saturday and Sunday (flexible) depends on job requirements.
  • Working Hours:

For Part time position: Typically required to be available for online meetings for minimum 1 hour between 8:30PM to 10 PM IST and 1 hour between 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST, especially on Saturdays and Sundays (flexible timings).

For Full Time Position: Typically starts between 10:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (adjustable based on client's availability)

  • Weekly Commitment: Approximately hours or more (up to 20+ hours), based on client needs.

Salary Range and Compensation:

  • Part-Time, Hourly Basis – Pay will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience and skill set.
  • The proposed salary for this position is competitive and aligned with the market standards in West Bengal, India. Based on the candidate's experience and skills, the hourly salary range will be between ₹150 - ₹350 per hour. (monthly salary range is 27, ₹63,000.00 per month). The annual CTC (Cost to Company) will range from INR 3,24,000 to INR 7,56,000, inclusive of performance bonuses and benefits. It will be calculated on hourly basis.

Performance Metrics:

  • Success in this role will be measured. Performance reviews will be conducted regularly to assess impact and areas for improvement.
