We are seeking a highly skilledand passionate Lead Java Developer to drive the technicaldirection and execution of our core platforms.The RoleAs a Java Developer , you will be an integral part of our engineering team, involved in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java-based applications. You will collaborate closely with senior developers and architects to build scalable, high-performance solutions that power mission-critical financial systems. This role provides a great opportunity to grow your technical skills and gain exposure to enterprise-grade software development practices.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development:Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using modern frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot.Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.Code Quality & Standards:Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Software Lifecycle Management:Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle — analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Support debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization efforts.Collaboration & Problem Solving:Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.Apply analytical thinking to resolve technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions on time.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience:3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Java development.Technical Skills (Must-Have):Proficiency in Core Java , J2EE , Spring , and Spring Boot frameworks.Experience in developing and consuming RESTful Web Services .Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) , Multithreading , and Collections Framework .Good understanding of software design principles and patterns.Good to Have:Experience with Microservices architecture .Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines .Exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases.Behavioral & Enabling SkillsCommunication: Clear verbal and written communication to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to producing reliable, high-quality software.Teamwork & Learning Agility: Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute effectively in a team environment.
