Senior Product Manager, Trading Systems - Shape the Future of Our Trading Infrastructure
Are you a visionary leader passionate about building cutting-edge trading technology?
We're seeking a talented Senior Product Manager (SPM) to spearhead the development and implementation of our core trading systems. You'll play a critical role in crafting a best-in-class trading infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with any external platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in keeping our technology at the forefront of efficiency and functionality.
What you'll do:
Define the product vision and roadmap for our core trading systems, aligning it with our company's growth strategy.
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design and implement a scalable and secure trading infrastructure.
Lead the development of robust APIs that facilitate effortless integration with various external trading platforms.
Conduct in-depth research on emerging trading technologies and industry best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation.
Own key metrics to measure the performance, stability, and scalability of the trading systems.
Analyze trading system data to optimize performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, traders, and partner representatives.
We're looking for someone with:
5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching complex technical products.
Deep understanding of core trading functionalities (order routing, execution, risk management).
Strong knowledge of trading protocols and communication methods (FIX, REST APIs).
Familiarity with modern cloud architectures and their application in trading systems.
A passion for ownership and driving results.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
A data-driven and analytical approach, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights.
The ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in the online brokerage or trading platform industry.
A proven track record of leading trading platform integrations with external systems.
