Hiring For USA Based Multinational CompanyWe are looking for a highly motivated Product Sales Manager to drive the sales and growth of our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to create tailored sales strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving product adoption, and ensuring our products meet the needs of our target market.- Develop and implement effective product sales strategies that align with business goals and target market segments.- Work with the marketing team to create sales materials, promotional content, and campaigns to increase product awareness and drive sales.- Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales pitches to potential customers, tailoring each approach to specific client needs.- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, their features, benefits, and differentiators.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our products in the marketplace.- Serve as a product expert, providing guidance and support to the sales team and customers.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the product offerings.- Identify customer pain points and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our products address those needs.- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and support for customers and sales teams.- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for product lines.- Track sales performance and report regularly on results, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies as needed.- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine sales objectives and KPIs based on market conditions and sales performance.- Work closely with product development teams to communicate customer feedback and market demand, influencing future product development.- Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product launches and fulfillment.- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to share best practices, sales insights, and strategies.- Provide training and support to junior sales team members on the product portfolio, sales tactics, and customer engagement techniques.- Develop and conduct internal training sessions to ensure the sales team has the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.- Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.- Monitor competitor product offerings and identify opportunities to improve or differentiate the company's products.
