Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven interns to join our Hiring Team. As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in helping our clients identify and recruit top talent for their businesses. This internship will provide hands-on experience in the recruitment process, client relationship management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
- Assist in understanding clients' recruitment needs and job role requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Provide regular updates to clients on hiring progress and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
2. Candidate Sourcing:
- Use various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media) to source and screen candidates.
- Create a pipeline of potential candidates by conducting initial assessments and interviews.
- Develop creative strategies for identifying and attracting talent in different industries.
3. Recruitment Process Management:
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
- Assist in setting up assessment criteria and evaluation methods.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and outcomes.
4. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process and client satisfaction.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Business Development and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with clients' business objectives.
- Assist in developing recruitment marketing content (social media posts, job ads).
6. Learning & Development:
- Learn best practices in recruitment, client relationship management, and business development.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills in recruitment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a quick learner.
- Passion for helping businesses grow by providing recruitment support.
