• Transaction Design Studio Customizations

Required Skills (Must Have) along with necessary Technical Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Integrations.

• Have Techno Functional expertise knowledge in Fusion HCM.

• Experience of working through Agile methodology

• Excellent Communication and presentation skills

• Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs

• Experience in design thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in stakeholder management.

• Have strong collaborative mindset.

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support all Interfaces from/to Fusion HCM working with all concerned parties and systems to provide seamless and reliable experience to consumers.

• Be open to work across teams in the HR Systems space. participate in CHRs and developments of new interfaces.

• This position will also be the SPOC for interface support and will be required to work closely with Middleware team for effective support
