The Oracle Fusion Lead Consultant will be part of the Application technology team responsible for providing support, enhancement and implementation services using the technology stack of Oracle EBS / Fusion Applications.
Responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the team and delivering unique service by providing high quality support.
Key Result Areas:--
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by understanding their business requirements, providing effective solutions, and delivering projects on time.
- Oversee the successful implementation and deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Provide strategic direction to the Oracle Fusion HCM team, including mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation and deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their HCM requirements, and translating them into effective solution designs.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design, configure, and customize Oracle Fusion requirements to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement best practices and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive management of issues and dependencies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Stay abreast Oracle Fusion HCM updates to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team and for clients.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:--
- 12+ years In-depth knowledge and experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Performance Management, and others.
- Capable of conducting product demonstrations, mapping the product features with business requirements, solutioning and bridging the gaps identified.
- Ability to understand client needs, provide strategic advice, and deliver value-added solutions.
- Involved in the functional requirement discussions with Business users and assisting them with the product limitations and provide best alternative workarounds.
- Ability to review, understand and improve program code and system documentation.
- Familiarity with technical aspects of Oracle Fusion HCM, including configuration, customization, integration, and data migration. This may involve knowledge of programming languages, APIs, and reporting tools.
- Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare Technical Design documents.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and updates in Oracle Fusion HCM and related technologies through continuous learning and professional development activities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams. This includes setting clear goals, providing guidance and support.
- Providing best industry practices to make the component reusable.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
