Job Summary


Spearhead Technology is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with a proven track record in IT recruitment for US markets with exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships and lead recruitment teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and evaluating candidates for a variety of IT roles.


Key Responsibilties:


  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop
  • strategic sourcing plans.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top-tier IT talent.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates to the best-fit roles.
  • Stay current on industry trends and market intelligence to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Provide candidates with a positive experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.


Requirements:


  • Minimum Graduate
  • Over 5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment in RPO/Staffing company
  • Should have experience in C2H
  • Knowledge of ATS systems, job boards and Boolean search.
  • Familiarity with various IT roles, technologies , skill sets and US Job market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients and positions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
