Job Description:

We are looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist to support our global procurement back-office operations. The role involves managing purchase orders, handling procurement-related helpdesk queries, and ensuring smooth operations across stakeholders in a financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day procurement helpdesk activities, including handling queries and resolving issues related to purchase orders.
  • Create, track, and manage purchase orders in Oracle Fusion.
  • Provide accurate and timely support to business stakeholders across global teams.
  • Use ServiceNow for request/ticket management and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support reporting and data insights using Power BI to assist decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams across different geographies and time zones.
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability in a changing business environment.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of procurement back-office operations experience.
  • Hands-on experience with purchase order creation and management.
  • Proficiency with Oracle Fusion (2+ years).
  • Experience with ServiceNow (helpdesk/ticketing) and Power BI (reporting/analytics).
  • Prior experience in financial services procurement is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
