Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant located in Ameerpet. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for managing phone calls and appointments, providing administrative assistance, and performing clerical duties. Daily tasks will involve greeting and assisting visitors, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Educational background in administration or related field is a plus
