Mid CareerThe Sr. Professional Services Consultant is a member of our consulting group that delivers configurable solutions to our end user customers and partners. The Professional Services Consultant is represented to our Partners and End Users as being the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of all Tungsten Automation products.Key Responsibilities:The Sr. Professional Services Consultant must be able to:Deliver Tungsten Automation solutions to customers based on requirements documentProvide technical leadership to customer on Tungsten Automation solutions as configured to the customer’s requirementsWork closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budgetFunction as the Tungsten Automation subject matter expert when onsite at the customer’s locationWork independently in developing a solution per the customer’s requirementsDocument all customer-specific configurationsInstall Tungsten Automation configuration on the customer’s hardware; includes installation of Tungsten Automation in a highly available configuration and disaster recoveryAssess requirements, design, and implement Tungsten Automation SAP solutions for FPAAssist customers in defining best practice processes for invoice handling and associated processesWrite functional and technical design documentsDefine acceptance criteria and gain acceptance for completed projects in a timely fashionMonitor and report progress against objectives and milestones for customer and internal projectsPerform product configurationDevelop customized solutions using ABAPAssist the customer in the development of test plansTest customized, configured solution before delivery to customerAnalyze and troubleshoot customer problems during project.Document the customer’s solution for delivery to the customer and for the Support Department.Take active part in the development of the Consulting Services department, the project model, and internal processes and procedures.Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Skills

Analytical and communication and problem-solving skillsWorked closely with ABAP, Basis, Data Warehouse and other teams in design and implementation of SAP FI functionalitiesSolid understanding of the integration with MM and SD is essentialGood understanding of EDI/IDocs, process codes, partner profiles, etc.Worked on FI-Logistics processes like buy-sell process, third party shipment, intercompany transactions etc.In-depth knowledge and Hands On expertise in configuring FICO modules GL, AP, AR, Rev RecognitionGood knowledge in CO areas like cost center accounting, profile center accounting, COPA.Experienced in writing detailed functional specifications, prepare test scenarios, write test scripts and perform end-to-end testingAccounting background and good process knowledge is highly preferred.Experience and desire to work in a management-consulting environment that requires regular travel.Provide solutions including how to leverage standard SAP S/4 HANA Finance functionality and how to enable requirements while maximizing the ROIDemonstrates the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and understands the long-term and short-term perspectives of an IT investment situationMust be able to dive into existing code to figure out how objects need to be enhanced. Proven ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP S/4 finance system issuesSupport and promote integration relationships between IT and business functionsProvide accurate timelines for specific tasks assignedKnowledge on S4 is preferred including the new Finance structures and Account based COPA.Knowledge of IT/Document Processing/Data Capture businessKnowledge about system developmentKnowledge about workflow, ERP, SAP R/3, archive and/or document management systems.Understands all standard concepts, practices and procedures in the fieldUnderstands computer systems basics, hardware and softwarePersonal integrity, customer focus and positive attitude.Handles multiple tasks simultaneouslyPresenting technical concepts in common languageExcellent verbal and written EnglishWorks well on a team, without supervision and under a deadline.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related specialization.10+ years’ experience in the field or a related area preferredWorking knowledge of configuration for FICO is a mustSAP Certification/CA/CPA/MBA finance is added advantage
