
ServiceNow CSM Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer to join our growing team. As a subject matter expert in ServiceNow CSM, Service Portal, Integrations, and Reporting , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting customer service solutions that align with business needs.
This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow CSM solutions, Service Portal, and reporting
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow CSM and other applications
- Provide consultation to users on technologies, data, and processes
- Serve as a key team member in ServiceNow CSM support and enhancements
- Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions across modules
- Manage break fixes, enhancements, projects, workflows, release management, system outages, and maintenance
- Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
- 3+ years of ServiceNow CSM support, implementation, and enhancements
- Hands-on experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow CSM
- Strong knowledge in ServiceNow CSM, Service Portal, Integrations, Reporting
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional & technical solutions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
Desired Skills
- ServiceNow ITSM / HRSD experience
- Business Analysis and organizational change management
- ServiceNow application testing (ATF, Selenium, etc.)
- Integration expertise (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)
- ServiceNow CSA / CSM certifications
- ITIL v4 Foundation
