We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer to join our growing team. As a subject matter expert in ServiceNow CSM, Service Portal, Integrations, and Reporting , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting customer service solutions that align with business needs.

This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support ServiceNow CSM solutions, Service Portal, and reporting
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow CSM and other applications
  • Provide consultation to users on technologies, data, and processes
  • Serve as a key team member in ServiceNow CSM support and enhancements
  • Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions across modules
  • Manage break fixes, enhancements, projects, workflows, release management, system outages, and maintenance
  • Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow CSM support, implementation, and enhancements
  • Hands-on experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow CSM
  • Strong knowledge in ServiceNow CSM, Service Portal, Integrations, Reporting
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional & technical solutions
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills

Desired Skills

  • ServiceNow ITSM / HRSD experience
  • Business Analysis and organizational change management
  • ServiceNow application testing (ATF, Selenium, etc.)
  • Integration expertise (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server)

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)

  • ServiceNow CSA / CSM certifications
  • ITIL v4 Foundation
