Responsibilities :


As a Guidewire Billing Center Configuration Developer, you will be responsible for the hands-on implementation and development of Guidewire Billing Center.


Your expertise in configuring and developing various aspects of Billing Center will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment of billing solutions.


Key Responsibilities :


- GW Configuration Development : Demonstrate hands-on proficiency and extensive experience in Guidewire Implementation.


- Configure and develop multiple areas within Billing Center, including but not limited to : Account/Policy/Producer Handling Various Plan Types Billing Instructions Charges and Charge Patterns Charge Invoicing Invoice Items Direct/List/Agency Bill Processing Premium Reporting Holds and write-offs Trouble Tickets/ Collaterals Handling Return Premium Processing Funds Tracking Contacts Management


Qualifications :


Experience : Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire Billing Center. Proven track record in GW Configuration Development.


Technical Proficiency : Expertise in configuring and developing Billing Center modules and functionalities. Strong understanding of Account, Policy, and Producer handling processes.


Billing Center Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of Billing Center components, including Charges, Charge Patterns, and Billing Instructions. Experience in Direct/List/Agency Bill Processing and Premium Reporting.


Problem Solving :


Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues related to billing processes. Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and handling Trouble Tickets/Collaterals.


Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Additional Skills : Familiarity with Funds Tracking, Holds and write-offs, Return Premium Processing, and Contacts Management. Experience in customization and integration of Billing Center functionalities.
