Core Responsibilities

The primary function of this role is to produce and maintain web content for Workday's regional websites, specifically for the APJ market. This includes:

  • Content Management: Using a Content Management System (CMS) like AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) to edit and publish web content for product launches, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Page Creation: Building campaign landing pages and ensuring proper tracking is implemented.
  • Localization: Handling localization requests, reviewing them, and publishing content on regional websites.
  • Technical Implementation: Working with other teams to implement new features and updates on the regional websites.
  • Marketing Operations: Building emails, forms, and nurture programs, likely using a Marketing Automation System (MAS) like Marketo.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly checking the websites for errors such as typos and bugs.

Key Requirements

Workday is looking for a candidate with at least five years of experience in web production. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of CMS (AEM), a Digital Asset Manager (DAM), and Marketing Automation Systems (Marketo).
  • Project Management Skills: The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to align on project scope and priorities.
  • Attention to Detail: A strong focus on quality and organization, with an eye for detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Language Fluency: Fluency in written and verbal English is required. Knowledge of Chinese, Japanese, and/or Korean is a plus
