Technical Support Specialist


Looking for a creative Technology Solution Specialist to join a product based company and help clients successfully integrate the company's solution with the existing software systems such as web and email tools, mobile applications, Point-of-Sale systems, CRMs, and ERPs. This is a client-facing role and the candidate should have a combination of expertise such as technical solutioning and troubleshooting, web development, and excellent communication skills, and 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Required skills:

- Understand the company's software stack in detail and be able to explain it to clients.

- Get on technical solutioning calls during the sales process to explain how the technology can help the client achieve their business objectives.

- Help clients with technical integration of our SAAS based product platform into their technology ecosystem, including software development in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, API, and webhooks, as required.

- Create custom integration instructions based on client needs.

- Collaborate with the Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering teams on technical solutioning and debugging client issues.

- Participate in client-facing calls and occasionally, travel to client sites, as Readiness to work in a staggered shift from 3 pm to 12 midnight IST for overlap with other local teams in India and our global customers across US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field from a reputed institution.

- 8+ years of experience in software or technology solution engineering.

- Hands-on experience building web applications, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and webhooks.

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

- Excellent technical problem-solving skills.

- Experience with a source code version control tool (e.g., CVS) and a software project management and ticketing system (e.g., Jira).

- Prior experience in a client-facing role would be a plus.

- Experience with Python or PHP would be a plus
