Work Experience (highlight) :
Looking for Smart & Dynamic candidate with 4-8 yrs as an Executive Assistant and has ability in
providing comprehensive support to CIO. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate
needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and
confidentiality.

Core Purpose of the Role :
• Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
• Provide sophisticated calendar management
• Work closely with the CIO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments, following up
appropriately
• Handling correspondence directed to managers
• Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
• Producing reports and presentations
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including: assisting with special projects; designing
and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information
for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining
contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports.
