Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Healthcare Research division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing healthcare research projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of healthcare research methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee healthcare research projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their research needs, and providing regular updates and insights.
  • Research Design: Develop research proposals, design studies, and create data collection instruments tailored to client objectives.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including researchers, analysts, and data collection specialists, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and quality of research data through rigorous quality control processes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze research data and prepare comprehensive reports, presenting findings and actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely invoicing.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements related to healthcare research.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare research.
  • Skills:
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in research design, data collection methodologies, and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with research software/tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
