We are looking for a creative and organized Senior Manager - Social Media Marketing to join our team and support our social media efforts.

Job Summary:The Senior Manager - Social Media Marketing will be responsible for fully leading our in-housesocial media team, spearheading campaigns and projects, driving innovation, and developingstrategies to achieve our goals. This role requires a visionary leader who can communicateeffectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring continuous growth andengagement across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership:o Lead and mentor the in-house social media team, fostering a collaborative andhigh-performing work environment.o Set clear goals and objectives for the team, providing guidance and support toachieve them.

 Campaign and Project Management:o Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns andprojects.o Ensure all campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and business goals.

 Innovation and Strategy:o Drive innovation in social media marketing strategies to stay ahead of industrytrends.o Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increasebrand awareness and engagement.o Continuously analyze and optimize performance metrics to ensure goals are metand social media followers are growing. External Stakeholder Communication:o Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients andpartners.o Communicate effectively to align on campaign objectives, deliverables, andperformance updates.

 Performance Tracking and Reporting:o Maintain regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendationsfor continuous improvement.o Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)and return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications: Proficiency in Marathi communication and a strong cultural sense. Proven experience as a Senior Manager or similar role in social media marketing. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social mediabest practices. Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools. Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with content creation, including graphics, video, and copywriting.
