clients. We are looking for a creative and organized Senior Manager - Social Media Marketing to join our team and support our social media efforts.


Job Summary:

The Senior Manager - Social Media Marketing will be responsible for fully leading our in-house

social media team, spearheading campaigns and projects, driving innovation, and developing

strategies to achieve our goals. This role requires a visionary leader who can communicate

effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring continuous growth and

engagement across all social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

 Team Leadership:

o Lead and mentor the in-house social media team, fostering a collaborative and

high-performing work environment.

o Set clear goals and objectives for the team, providing guidance and support to

achieve them.


 Campaign and Project Management:

o Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns and

projects.

o Ensure all campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and business goals.


 Innovation and Strategy:

o Drive innovation in social media marketing strategies to stay ahead of industry

trends.

o Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase

brand awareness and engagement.

o Continuously analyze and optimize performance metrics to ensure goals are met

and social media followers are growing.

 External Stakeholder Communication:

o Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients and

partners.

o Communicate effectively to align on campaign objectives, deliverables, and

performance updates.


 Performance Tracking and Reporting:

o Maintain regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations

for continuous improvement.

o Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

and return on investment (ROI).


Qualifications:

 Proficiency in Marathi communication and a strong cultural sense.

 Proven experience as a Senior Manager or similar role in social media marketing.

 Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

 Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media

best practices.

 Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.

 Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 Experience with content creation, including graphics, video, and copywriting.
