We are looking for a highly motivated
Logistics Manager
to oversee and coordinate our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in optimizing logistics processes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Manager located in Kolkata. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, logistics management, and ensuring efficient customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating shipments, managing inventory levels, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service.
  • Optimize supply chain and logistics processes for efficiency.
  • Ensure timely delivery and distribution of products.
  • Maintain cost, productivity, accuracy, and performance standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Experience in Inventory Management and Procurement
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Stream or Supply Chain Management, Business Administration.
  • Proven experience as a Logistics Manager (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
