The Commis Chef 1 will support the curry section by preparing and cooking dishes with consistency, precision, and high standards of presentation. The role requires maintaining impeccable hygiene practices, following food safety regulations, and assisting senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations. You will work closely with the culinary team to deliver dishes that align with the hotel’s commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.QualificationsStrong proficiency in food preparation, especially within the curry sectionSolid understanding and implementation of hygiene and food safety standardsClear and effective communication skills to support seamless teamworkPrior experience in Indian cuisine and culinary techniques relevant to the roleCreativity in food presentation and a genuine passion for the culinary artsAbility to perform well in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environmentFormal culinary training or certification is preferableKnowledge of local ingredients and regional flavors is a strong advantageAccomodation and Meals are provided on site, with service charge benefits.
