About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Research Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals in India to gain exposure to the global derivatives markets, particularly in Futures & Options trading on European and US exchanges some of the most liquid and sophisticated financial markets worldwide.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, building and maintaining financial databases, and supporting research initiatives that contribute to the companys trading and investment strategies. This position provides a gateway into the exciting and high-growth field of derivatives research and capital markets consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of futures and options contracts across European and US markets.
  • Create, maintain, and regularly update quantitative and qualitative economic, financial, and statistical databases.
  • Support the trading and research team with accurate market insights, reports, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor key global economic events, news, and market movements that could impact derivative instruments.
  • Collaborate with cross-border teams to align on research initiatives and share analytical insights.
  • Contribute to process improvements and analytical frameworks to enhance efficiency in research operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge of advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools is preferred).
  • Highly hard-working, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines in a fast-paced market environment.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets and an interest in derivatives trading is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
