Responsibilities: -Resolve operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements.Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures.Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems.Analysis of application provided logs and errors.Address customer issues promptly and accurately.Creation and quality control on cloud filesData clearing support (All DCH level 1 issues)UAT Testing & ImplementationRAP/TAP/Mediation file handlingRerating/recycling of CDRsUser application access reviewProcess documentation.RequirementsExperience – 0 to 3 years.Education: (BE/BTECH/MTECH/BCA/MCA/BSC(IT)/BA (with Additional Diploma in Computers)).
