Role : Business Analyst

Location : Ahmedabad

Position Summary :

- Entigrity is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading business analysis activities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, UI/UX design principles, and the ability to manage complex projects and provide strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Advanced Business Analysis :

- Lead the gathering and documentation of business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.

- Perform in-depth analysis and mapping of current business processes to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop comprehensive business process models and workflows.

- Create detailed functional specifications for ERP system enhancements and customizations.

- ERP Implementation and Management:

- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of ERP solutions.

- Configure and optimize ERP modules to align with advanced business requirements.

- Oversee system testing to ensure the ERP system meets complex business needs.

- Provide strategic support during ERP system upgrades and enhancements.

Project Leadership :

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for ERP initiatives.

- Lead project teams, monitor project progress, and ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.

- Coordinate with senior stakeholders to manage project expectations and deliverables.

UI/UX Design and Improvement :

- Incorporate UI/UX design principles into ERP solutions to enhance user experience and interface design.

- Work with designers and developers to ensure the ERP system is user-friendly and meets user interface standards.

- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement in UI/UX.

Strategic Training and Support :

- Develop advanced training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and other analysts.

- Provide ongoing expert-level support to users for ERP-related issues and queries.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in collaboration with IT and other departments.

Continuous Improvement and Strategy :

- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in ERP systems and business processes.

- Stay updated on the latest ERP trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Recommend and drive the implementation of enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in ERP systems.
