Front Office Executive – Aesthetic Clinic

Role Overview:
The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and smooth experience. This role involves handling client interactions, managing appointments, coordinating with doctors/therapists, and maintaining the clinic's professional image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome clients and ensure a premium guest experience.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments.
  • Maintain client records with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist with billing, payments, and daily cash/transaction reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff for smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
  • Provide basic information about treatments, products, and offers (without medical advice).
  • Handle client concerns or complaints politely and escalate when required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software (preferred).
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or the aesthetics industry is an advantage.

Qualification:

  • Graduate (Hospitality/Healthcare/Administration preferred).
  • 2–4 years of front office or customer service experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
