Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies, including email campaigns, social media outreach, content marketing, and events.
Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to determine their level of interest, needs, and fit with our services.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness at all times.
Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing programs to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel, providing relevant content and resources to address their pain points and concerns.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for leads, addressing inquiries, providing information, and facilitating communication between leads and the sales team as needed.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align lead management efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to enhance lead management strategies and tactics.
