VP - Business Enablement - Asset & Wealth Management Operations

As a Business Enablement VP, you will support Asia Client Operations Team and work with different regional and global teams to deliver on their book of work.
The role would involve performing daily tasks related to generation of MI & Reports (including regulatory reports), Data Management and managing a small team. The role would also involve continuous improvement, automation and driving the vision of delivering data driven insights through descriptive and predictive analytics.
Job Responsibilities :
Understand regulatory requirements and build the required reports with a strong control framework Be responsible for Data (including KYC data) related remediation, and delivery Use knowledge in quantitative & qualitative research methods & technology to perform detailed data analysis and work through large volume of data to establish thematic views. Automate the existing control/regulatory reports using Alteryx/Tableau Maintain a relevant and updated process knowledge within the Client Operations space to be able to effectively influence and drive effective remediation Partner with key business stakeholders ., business, and operational teams, Legal, Compliance, Business Management, Oversight & Control, Audit, Business Initiative Leaders, project teams and Technology on fulfilling responsibilities of the Client Onboarding team and implementing the business strategy Conduct GAP analysis; identify key areas of risk or concern and impact to the business Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and business partners with the purpose of informing interested parties on all key milestones, accomplishments, programs, activities, and overall successes Critically review analysis results seeking opportunities to optimize output and provide actionable recommendations to senior management to achieve key business objectivesRequired Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services/banking industry, with a demonstrated track record of delivery and relevant experience with data and data remediation required Advanced skills with the core MS Office suite (Excel (Macros / VB), Word, and PowerPoint); standard PM tools (., MS Project). Experience with Alteryx, Tableau / Qliksense, Signavio would be beneficial Familiarity with regulatory landscape across Asia would be beneficial Demonstrate attention to details / high analytical skills – high quality / accuracy in work delivered and take decisions under tight timelines Analytical and review skills with the capacity to think laterally and convey an understanding of the big picture and draw the correct conclusions from reviews Ability to prioritize, manage multiple streams of work concurrently, prioritize effectively and act with a sense of urgency Independent, organized, self-motivated and a team player Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure decisions are well thought out and can be executed from an operations perspective Proactive and responsive communicator, maintaining frequent contact with business partners, listening to understand needs, and taking ownership of incoming and outgoing messages-
