Requirement:18+ years in Delivery with at least 5+ years in Project & Program Management in Application Development, Maintenance & Support projects.Very Good Experience in End to End Project Management using Agile Methodology in an onsite-offshore model.Strong experience in to managing P&L.Should be having 360 degree exposure in managing sizable accounts.Driving growth through RFPs (Request for Proposals)Should be managing GM & Costing (Levers exercised).Person should have manage revenue size over 20 Mn USD independently.Experience in managing projects both in T&M and Fixed Price.Should have strong experience in Commercial and Specialty Insurance.Should be able to manage multiple account, nurture account and grow account.Should have good exposure in executing/ managing ASM, nextgen services (data, infrastructure) and digital transformation programs.Transformed large programs from Waterfall to Agile methodologyThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency in latest technologies such as cloud computing or data science, and Generative AI (Gen AI).Collaborate with Service-lines managers/SPOCs to solution and service the business pipelineIdentifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business contextCustomer facing and maintaining positive relationships with customersAssessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, risk mitigation, and refine servicesRemaining organized and meeting deadlinesBuilding partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise and focus on Continuous Improvement ProgrammesLeading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficientlyManaging finances and budgetsDetermining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
