We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join us as Sales and Operations Associate , to play a key role in supporting the sales and operational functions at WISE Tech (Wise Innovation Studio for Emerging Technologies) . The ideal candidate will be involved in pre-sales and operations / administration of the related to our educational vertical.


Job Title: Associate, WISE Tech


Job Type: Full time Contract of 1-2 years


  • Pre-Sales:
  • Collaborate with the Programme team to build and maintain a robust sales funnel for our business leadership programmes.
  • Assist in creating compelling marketing pitches and pre-sales documents to effectively communicate the value of our programmes to potential clients.
  • Proactively engage prospective programme participants through phone calls & virtual meetings showcasing our business leadership programmes and addressing their inquiries.
  • Respond to reverse inquiries and be able to convert them actual clients.
  • Support the design and execution of promotional activities to generate leads and enhance the visibility of our programmes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with the social media manager to enhance our social media marketing strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with our target audience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective client relationship management.


Operations

  • Provide support to the operations team in the execution of educational programmes, ensuring smooth delivery and a positive learning experience for participants.
  • Assist in the administration of the overall Centre, including logistics coordination, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Stay informed about our educational programmes and the fintech industry to effectively communicate their value to target clients.
  • Assist in the operations and execution of WISE Tech Accelerators, ensuring smooth implementation of all programme activities, curriculum and mentoring sessions.
  • Support the planning and execution of events such as Accelerator Demo Days and other networking events.
